SageMC development write-up?

A very quick question here. A while back I think I remember reading that SageMC provided significant extensions to the standard SageTV capabilities from a development standpoint. I think that it said something about extending animation capabilities, but I cannot be sure.

I can't find that post any longer, and I was looking around, but couldn't find any write-up about SageMC which documented additional features it provides from a developer's standpoint. Does such documentation exist?

Cheers
Ikarius
