Installing SageMC on HD200 - Standalone

I've downloaded and extracted sagemc_6_3_8a_full to my shared drive.

I've gone into advanced settings on the standalone HD200 and can see the extracted sagemc_6_3_8a_full directory structure. I don't see any .opt.stv files in the file system to point the HD200 to. Am I missing something?

My hope is to be able to use SageMC and DVD Profiler to catalog my DVDs.

SageMC won't work on the HD200 in stand-alone mode. SageMC requires Java 1.6 and the HD200 only has a limited version of 1.4.

Aloha,
Mike

Thats too bad. Is there some other way to import cover art and metadata for use with the standalone version?

I get cover art for DVDs from DVD Profiler. It puts a folder.jpg in the VIDEO_TS folder of the movie. This will display in the standalone version also. So anyway you can acomplish that it can show up in the standalone mode. But I don't think there is any mechanism for the metadata. Music with pick up the ID3 tags and cover art. I guess the point is if you want all that then get the SageTV software and use it as an extender.
