STP-HD200 Crashes when entering Placeshifter credentials

I received my new HD200 last night and updated to firmware 20081230 0. I then added my SageTV server (server is in Europe and HD200 in US).

Everytime I entered the credentials for Placeshifting, the HD200 would shutdown. Is this normal?

My Placeshifter credentials aren't complicated (8 letters and 2 numbers for the username, 3 letters and 4 numbers for the password). I've not been able to enter my credentials to be able to try Germany->US placeshifting.

Are there upper/lower case letters? Make sure you switch between them using the "pause" control on your remote.

I was able to solve the problem by creating a shorter and less complex (read less safe) username and password. I think my problem was more akin to the autopower off you commented on earlier. It also seems that the input from the remote lags and is less accurate than what the HD-200 expects.
