HD200 auto power off ?

Hi

My HD200 seems to be auto powering off after a few hours of non-use. Is this expected ? Is there a way to prevent it ? Its confusing the wife (especially as I had to put tape over the LEDs as they are so bright !)

Thanks

Open a ticket with support. They'll want to see logs. I had this issue also but after I opened a support ticket I couldn't get it to do it again.

I also had this issue. Is it normal behavior for the HD200 to shut off if it loses connection to the server?

As far as I know-yes. I mean that's the behavior I have always seen. If I left on the HD200 and restarted or shutdown the server the unit will be powered off when I come back to it.

I have noticed the same thing. My HD200 was left on, I rebooted the server and went back to the HD200 and it was off.
