Got a new HD200 - love it but a few things

a) Is there a comparable "exit" button on the included remote? I am use to StreamZap remotes and the exit button is heavily used - for example, if I am viewing a video and navigate around Sage, I can get back to videos and see the video playing in the small window above the guide but I cannot figure out how to leave the guide and go back to the full screen viewing that video - on the StreamZap I would press Exit and be back to viewing the video. It seems I have tried every remote button and can't get there.

b) How can I change the online video delay before watching? when viewing online videos, it is horribly choppy - I end up pausing watching the video for about 30 seconds before starting to watch it - I was wondering if a setting exists to change the buffer length - to download a good portion before starting to watch it.
