Some HDHR recordings being deleted

I am having a problem with some recordings being deleted. The two shows that I have noticed not being recorded are Lost and Oprah(which are on the same channel, ABC). From what I can tell recordings from other channels record just fine. I have attached the log file for this past Wednesday night for the recording of Lost. Maybe someone can give me an idea of what is happening and where I can start troubleshooting. At the time of the recording I had 6.5.9 installed.

Thanks,

Miller

The basic problem you have is the following statements in the log file:
Wed 2/25 20:03:04.145 SEEKER HAS DETECTED A HALT IN THE ENCODER...TRYING TO RESET IT

The encoder halts appear be occur every five minutes. This causes the the file to be written in multiple segments. If too many segments are created then Sage deletes the file. You probably need to contact Sage support to determine the cause of the encoder halts. Have you checked the ethernet connection to the HDHR to make sure it is completely pushed in. I have found the HDHR ethernet connections to be loose and have resorted to using rubber bands to hold the cable in all the way.

Thanks for the reply. After further investigation, I found that charter had moved some channels around on me. Everything is working fine now.
