Eariler Versions of Sage and Clear Qam
I have an earlier version of Sage (5.04.92 to be exact) and I want to know if I can get clear qam with it? I have a Hauppauge HVR-1800 and my cable provider (Charter Communications) broadcasts Clear Qam (I vertifyied that with The Win TV App that the card came with) Will it work or do I have to upgrade to the newest version of sage?

I am not sure 5.X even supported QAM and I am not sure that it supported the HVR-1800 either. You are probably going to need to upgrade to use that card and get QAM.
