HVR-22xx: Blue screen recordings; Possible fix
I'm not sure if this has been posted here, is known, or is common, but I've been getting occasional recordings that all I get is a blue screen. I was given a driver patch which is suppose to fix this issue. I thought I'd post the link here in case anyone else was having the same issue. It's specifically for the HVR-22xx tuner. I've been using it for a couple of days and haven't had a problem yet. I guess we'll see how it goes for now.
Message: I got a message back, it's seems Hauppauge's bug. http://download.sage.tv/090317_22xx_...QL_Signed).exe which contains this fix: * Fix "Analog Blue Video on Digital Tune" issue. Sometimes analog video would go blue if the other tuner were tuned digitally. EDIT: Or, check out this newer driver - Opus4
