Channel Priority

Is there a way to prioritize channels?

We have some channels that always display a little better than others, and I'd like sage to use that channel if at all possible.

For example, if the same showid is on channels 10, 20, and 30...and I want Sage to always select channel 10.

Now it records all of them, right? So you can pick which one you want to watch and delete the rest. Or you can limit recording to one or more channels in your Favorite definition.

They are different stations and networks and there are times they have different programs on. so I don't want to disable them.

But .. when a show is on multiple channels.. I want channel '10' to to be the one Sage picks vs channel 20.. etc

Similar to the Tuner Priority function

Set up a favorite with the channel you prefer and make it the higher priority then set up a favorite with "any" with lower priority.

Choose to Record Series and then go into Series Settings.

Ah .. those favorites. I was thinking 'favorite channel' ...

Yes, that would work.. but i was looking for something automatic...
I have a lot of favorites ... and then there is the automatic / intelligent recordings
like tuner-priority in the properties

Anything like that exist?
