NewEgg Recommendation: The Fine Print

I am going to qualify my recommendation of NewEgg.
I've bought quite a few things from NewEgg, intend to buy quite a few more things; and I'd still recommend them.
The caveat is this:

If you order multiple items and all except one item goes into
order "A" - which ships that day if the order got in before 2 pm
and the other order "B" has not shipped by the end of the next day;
save yourself some man hours and just cancel order "B".
My take after almost ten days of being jerked around over the phone is that NewEgg drop-ships some items - flipping some sort of sub-order to another supplier/distributor - and that process is far, far, faaaaaar from their high standard of in-house order fulfillment.
