Difference between the ACT-IR200L and ACT-IR200L-RC?

Difference between the ACT-IR200L and ACT-IR200L-RC?

One says for PVRs only, one says for IRDA and PVRs... I fail to see how one is differnet than the other.

Appreciate any info.
