New WHS Setup w/ Hauppauge Tuners. Black video window or choppy video.
I am working with a new system built for STV - see specs in my sig.
When I try to view any video (live or recorded) it is very choppy or simply a black screen. This occurs if both cards are in or only one. All channels have a signal strength of 100%. Processor usage hovers around 4% when recording. Steps I've taken: Tried various cables. Reseated cards Removed Hauppauge drivers including running HWClear.exe Tried both drivers on CD and download Used tester to verify the network infrastructure is meeting CAT6 bandwidth requirements I have a SiliconDust HDHR-US HDHomeRun on order to aid in troubleshooting. I’m very familiar with servers and networks but not with PVRs. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks, Richard

I've tried various versions including the current release without success. Unfortunately delivery of the HDHomeRun was delayed a day.

And you're trying to view the video on your HD200 and NOT the WHS? WHS isn't setup for video playing.

Correct. No monitor connected. Once working properly, it will be moved to a server rack and attached to a KVM switch.
The HDHomeRun was delivered today. Will pull the Hauppauge card(s). Richard
