HD100 issue after power supply fix

I received my 100 back from Sage after repairing the power supply, but now I am having a new problem, which may or may not be related, so thought I would post here and see if anyone knows...

When selecting certain menu items "Weather under Online" or hitting "Play" while highlighting a mp3 music folder, the 100 will switch to display the new page, and then the TV screen (HDMI 1080i) will go blank, pop up a screen that says "Incompatable Video format has been selected" and the Media extender will be locked up solid, i.e. no led response to the remote, no response to front panel, standby button wont work. A power OFF/ON reset reboots, and then the function will work. Using the current firmware, and the server is running V6.6. Seems to lock up a lot, and before the power supply repair, I dont think it ever locked up unless the server was rebooted. Does this sound like a software or hardware problem, and what would you all suggest as a solution?

Reboot the extender and go into the video options when it first turns on. Sounds like it's trying to switch to a resoultion that your TV doesn't support so uncheck the ones you dont want it to use. Personally, I unchecked everything but 1080p because I got tired of my TV going black for a few seconds when it switched back and forth, not to mention the overscan settings needed tweaking on every resolution setting to make them perfect. So one setting simplified things.

I only have 1080i selected. Before this problem cropped up, I only had 1080p selected, but thought it might be a problem with the 1080p in my monitor, but I dont think that would lock up the extender, as video format button (or any other button) does not work.
