It's adding a converted file into my SageTV Recordings?

I recorded a bunch of different cartoons for my son, then converted the files to different a folder as an iphone format using the convert function within SageTV. Well it converted them great but....

Now I have duplicates of some of the same shows in my SageTV Recordings in Sage...Why are they showing up there? My sage recordings directory is z:\sage-recordings and my converted Iphone recordings are in z:\iphone-recordings what's the deal?

If I delete the duplicate files within SageTV it deletes the converted file. How can I remove the converted files from showing up in my SageTV Recordings?

I figured out what the deal is...

When converting the recorded programs, I left the file name the same as the original file name (i.e. "LittleEinsteins-RocketSoup-2295428-0.ts" was converted to "LittleEinsteins-RocketSoup-2295428-0.mp4") even though I was converting the file to a completely different drive it was adding the converted file onto my SageTV Recordings.

By leaving the numbers at the end of the file name, Sage assumed it's a recorded show and adds it the SageTV Recordings. When I removed the numbers off the end of the file name and restart the Sage service it's no longer there! Go figure?!?!

So as a rule, I will rename the file when doing the conversions and it should never add it to my SageTV Recordings selection to begin with.
