Imported Video - Double Entries

Can anyone tell me why there are double entries for each video I have in the media library ?
Also, a remedy would be nice

I've seen it happen. I usually just go into setup and remove the import, stop and restart sage, and then reimport the directory. Usually happens to me after I've been messing around with the drives.

Only time that has happened to me is when I mapped the network drive to a different drive letter after an OS reinstall. The first set would throw an error about file no longer found on disk for the old drive letter.
