Significance of DX acceleration modes

What are the differences. A, B, C etc... Haven't really played around. Can't really find any info on them though I probably just haven't looked hard enough. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Not exactly what I was looking for but thanks for the effort. That might as well be Chinese. I was looking more for "Mode A works best when you...." Mode B is appropriate when..., Mode C is when you want... That kind of thing. Coding jargon is worthless to me. Thanks.
