Wrong Channel with Clear QAM

Hello,

I am using the HVR-2250 (dual tuner) and it appears one of the tuners is setup with the wrong channel for ABC. Sometimes when I tune to ABC or schedule a recording on ABC, FOX is tuned or recorded instead.

I checked the channel lineup for each tuner and it appears it is setup correctly. Is there a configuration file I can edit to see if anything is setup wrong? I did modify the ABC physical channel number in the past but since have uninstalled and reinstall SageTV and reset the channel guides.

Thanks for the help in advance.

That sounds like you scanned for channels on only 1 digital tuner; if so, scan both digital tuners in SageTV.

I did only scan on 1 tuner. I figured because they are using the same line up I wouldn't need to scan on both.

I can't recall which tuner I scanned on so when I get home tonight I will do a full channel scan on both tuners.

Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the help, scanning the channels on the tuner appears to have fixed the issue.

I never did a full channel scan on both of the analog tuners and this problem never occurred. Why would I need to do a full channel scan on both of the digital tuners? If SageTV knows ABC is 82-13-1 then why must I scan the channels before I can tune to 82-13-1 on the tuner?

Thanks for the help again.
