IR blast delay
V2b doesnt seem to have settings for controlling the delay before, during and after each IR blast number for a channel change. The current values are deathly slow and I know that my cable box can handle faster. Will those options be available?...did I just miss them in the config file?

search sage.properties for "preroll"
that line = delay before starting ir blast (in milliseconds) the .ir file itself in the first line has the delay between digits of multi-digit channel change blast |

I am interested in NOT having Sage recored the channel change, what I mean is durnign the first 5 seconds of playback I see the channel change form whatever it was before to where it is supposed to go.
Fist, I use a USB UART and have lowered delay between channel change to 25 ms (makes it faster, but it still happens). I really do not understand what the 'delay between channel changes' field is for becouse it is not helping. Bottom line is I would like a way to tell Sage to start the recording (x)-seconds after the IR blasting is done. Can anyone help me understand where this might be done ? Thanks in advance. Matt |
