Files wont play on media player

Got the HD 200 and it is working good accept for one thing. Some of the files that i have on the server will not play on the media player. They play fine under sage 6.6 but not on the media player.

It says,

"there was a playback error in payback, Details in sage play back exceptions"

or something to that nature.

Any ideas as to what i need to do. Also, anyone have an issue with C.C. popping up.. maybe it is just my old tv

I have the same problem. The strange thing is everything worked great for two to three weeks, then one night I played a file that was recorded by SageTV with my HD Theater, then I picked another one to play and got the same error. All I get are "No Signal" when trying to watch live TV too.

I can't play any file with any SageTV software or hardware now from any computer on the network. The SageTV is recording them just fine and they play back with all other media player hardware and software.

I can view live TV with any software that supports the HD Homerun tuners on my network and on the machine with the SageTV server. The best error message I can get from SageTV is when I try to watch a file on the WHS machine that is running the server software. It says something about not being able to render the audio.

I'm pretty much at a loss. I swear I've tried just about every combination of settings I can find for video.
