Telus TV

So, Telus just recently announced some serious additions to their TelusTV product. It looks like they are moving to Microsoft's Media Room platform (which could mean integration with 7MC).

I'd like to stay with Sage but I'm wondering if there is a way to "tune" the Telus signal. I know that I've read that it's possible to capture and dump a UDP stream using VLC but I'm wondering if the new TelusTV encrypts the data.

It would be so wicked to kick Shaw (and my Firewire recording issues) to the curb if this is possible.

Can someone with TelusTV give it a shot?
