Strange Lip-Sync/Dislocated Audio Problem

I am experiencing a WIERD problem: sometimes audio seems slightly out of sync with audio, and it sounds like the audio is not coming from the people's mouth. It sounds sort of mono-ish. The effect is very much like watching a badly dubbed movie. I have a recording of "Band Of Brothers" where this seems to have started about 1 hour into the recording, and all subsequent recordings on both tuners (250 and usb2) seem to exhibit the problem. It is very noticeable once it starts.

Rebooting seemed to fix it. I have latest of all drivers. This problem is very frustrating. Do you think its Hauppauge drivers or something beta-related in Sage?
