timeshifting in sagerecorder

does sage recorder have time shifting like sagetv where you can go back until where the channel was changed? If it has this feature how do i do it?

SageRecorder's timeshifting is different from SageTV. Where SageTV cuts up files based on recording schedules and channels in the EPG, SageRecorder just continues to record until you stop.

When you launch the Video window, press Record. Now you are "timeshifting" and SageRecorder will continue to record even through channel changes. If you want to stop and not save what you recorded, just hit "Stop" and then "Cancel" when the file save as window opens up.
