Hauppauge 2250 no channels in Win7 64bit

I have a dual boot system with XP-Pro 32bit and WIN7 64bit. I tried a complete scan and it found no channels. I copied the frq and scn files from the XP install and still no luck...
I have the latest version of Sage install and this is a fresh install on Win7 Enterprise 64bit

Are you running the drivers that MS loaded during the install or the drivers from the Hauppauge web site?

IIRC, I had problems with the MS drivers but ended up OK with the Hauppauge drivers.

I was doing OTA ATSC only (you didn't mention ATSC vs QAM). And I'm on Win 7 32bit.

EDIT: This whole thread is on the 2250 but much of it is from before Win 7. But there's some info a bit before and after this post:

Exact same problem. Any solution to this yet? Ironic the timing isnt it? I am using the Hauppauge drivers.

I have Win 7 64-bit with a HVR-1800 and HVR-2250. The 1800 sees QAM channels fine, but a scan with the 2250 yields no results. I have also copied the freq files over.
