Sort by title produces unexpected ordering

When I configure the recordings menu to sort by title, it produces the
wrong ordering because it doesn't ignore articles such as "The" "A" or
"An" when they appear at the beginning of a title.

For example, "The Big Bang Theory" belongs in the B's not the T's.

Wait until you try to order 2000 musical artists and everyone from "The Beatles" to "The Zombies" is in the ts. Not to mention "The Beatles" and "the beatles" are two separate groups, in the eyes of Sage.

i started a plugin at one point to fix this... (both problems actually... ignoring a, an, the when sorting and doing a case insensitive group) but never got around to finishing it...

for TV if you check out TVE (sagemc version link in my signature) it will group and sort the way you expect (and imho the way it should). I originally wrote TVE for Sagemc but tmiranda also ported it to the default STV.
