Question about Blu-ray playback

I can't seem to find the answer to this anywhere. Anyways, I'm wondering about the specifics of blu-ray playback in v7 for the HD theater (also, is this the same thing as the HD200?). When you try to play an iso or folder structure, what happens? I'm assuming that the HD theater does not support java, so menus wouldn't work. What then does it do? Does it just choose the larger mt2s it can find? Does it let you choose audio tracks/subtitles/chapters/etc.? What if the movies is divided into multiple m2ts files?
