2.0.17 Video problem

I installed the latest RC and all of my viedo is messed up.
The video on the TV shows up as if it were split in two vertically,
with the left and right hand side of the picture swapped.
It looks like the image is shifted to the right 50%, then wrapping around. Live TV shows this and old recordings show this.
When I went back to RC1 (2.0.16) the problem went away.

Edit:
So, after a while I figured I'd try RC3 again, this time
testing one variable at a time. Well my problem is definitely
caused by enabling UI out on my PVR 350. If I turn it off
I don't have the video problem anymore. As soon as I enable it
again the split screen comes back. I have a bug on this but I
didn't detail the UI out issue. Is there a way to append a bug?
Otherwise, I guess this post is my update.

Here's my set up:
Dell Dimension
P4 1.4GHz
512MB RAM
160GB HD
PVR 350 with OSD out
Software encoding off
I don't know who makes my Motherboard or what chipset it
is, but every version of 2.0 has worked fine up until now.

Well my edit didn't bump this thread up, so I'll do it manually.
I hope no one minds that.

Is it safe to assume that you have already submitted this problem via the bug submission form?

I get this as well on my notebook but where the picture has shifted, around it is bright green
I turned off 3d acceleration with overlay and it is fine again
also I had no problem with VMR 9
I just have the problem with overlay and 3d acceleration furthermore when using the TV out on the video card
it does fine when not using it

I am assuming that tabletsage is using the output of the PVR-350 so 3D accel and VMR 9 should not have any impact on the display. I use a PVR-350 and have everything set to default.

yup, I submitted a bug on this.
I am using a PVR 350 with TV and UI out.

I didn't have this problem with RC1 or any of the
previous 2.0 betas. That's why it's frustrating. Everything was
going great, getting better and better with each new version,
then, from RC2 onward I'm out of luck. I have high hopes that
Frey will fix this since it was once working, but I'm biting my nails
waiting.
