HD200: Use HDMI and analog output at the same time

I just discovered that my HD PVR tuner could do this.
Is it possible for the HD200?

STP-HD200:
Composite and S-Video are always active at SD resolution, even when HDMI or Composite outputs are configured for HD output.

Either Component or HDMI can be active for HD output, but not both at the same time.

Analog audio output is always active (unless it is DTS).

As I'm not a native speaker I would like to be sure: You can run HDMI at HD resolution and Component at SD resolution at the same time ? If this is correct, which output should be select in system configuration of HD 200 ?

Either Component or HDMI can be active for HD output, but not both at the same time.

And to further clarify, it is composite (RCA/s-video) that is always active at SD resolution, not component. Nothing needs to be done to make composite active, it is always active.
