Purchasing PVR 350 for OSD output

Hi,
I seriously considering by the end of the week purchasing the PVR 350, my sole reason is for the OSD with Sage (already have an XCard), the extra tuner will be a bonus. My question is does anyone with nForce 1 or 2 chipsets have the PVR 350 working with the OSD?
Also as a side question, do you find the audio better on the PVR 350 compared to the standard onboard pc audio? I find the XCard audio to be much more lively than both a SB Live I have and the onboard nVidia onboard sound.
Hopefully when I get my network tuners up and running (discussed in another thread) it will open the way for a decidated box with the PVR 350 and XCard in the same box.
Patrick

I'm using a pvr 350 with nForce 1. Aside from an occasional hang, which is probably a software issue, its working fine.

The pvr 350 supports only stereo out, whereas the nForce and XCard both support S/PDIF. Quality is subjective so I won't try to offer an opinion, other than to say they all sound great to me, I have no complaints.

Cool... seems from another using the nForce1 chipset, a PVR 350 runs really well on this chipset. Which specific board you using?
Thanks for the input
