Easily reproducible crash on HD200

Are there directions somewhere on how to get logs from the HD200? On the latest beta it crashes at the exact same spot on Avatar BD - should be easy to get good logs but I'm not sure how to go about it.....

btl.

Pretty sure I'm seeing this too with Coraline BR. Going back to non-beta HD200 firmware temporarily fixed the problem.

I believe the problem being described is similar to one I experienced and noted in this thread:

http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/show...light=Die+hard

Since this original post I have seen this issue on other ripped BD movies as well. When it occurs not only does the HD200 crash, but it can not be restarted and simply shuts itself off within seconds of coming on. This happens on all 3 of my HD200 units, and all three will be affected by any specific movie at exactly the same point in the playback. To correct the crash the HD-200 power plug must be removed and reinserted after a few seconds ensuring a cold restart.
