My Videos Listing inconsistency

I have my imported videos in a directory structure like:

.\Collection\Movies\(Movie Title)\(Movie Title).mkv

e.g.
.\Collection\Movies\The Soloist\The Soloist.mkv

For most of the movies, in My Videos/File System listing view, I see an alphabetical list of the movies and their associated thumbnails...as expected. However, for a handful of these movies (25 of them at the moment), I find them in a "Movies" subfolder. Within in these subfolders are a list of movies I would expect in the parent. So it's as if SageTV is seeing these movies like:

.\Collection\Movies\Movies\The Soloist\The Soloist.mkv

I can't figure out why this is, or how to remedy it. I've moved these "errant" movies out of the import directory and re-scanned, then moved them back and did another rescan - they still end up in this "Movies" subfolder.

Any suggestions?
