Center channel volume issues

I have several HD-200s - some of them are connected to A/V receivers with surround sound but one of them is connected directly to a TV with analog audio cables (red/white RCA jacks). On this TV it seems like the sound level for the center channel is really low because I have to turn the TV volume WAY up to hear the dialog while it seems like the background noise is too high.

Is there some way to adjust this in the extender setup or somewhere else in Sage, or could it just be an issue with my TV, which is a 2001 model Toshiba RPTV.

Is it only on one channel? This past year I had a few recordings of Private Practice and Grey's Anatomy that did that. I'm not sure why it happened but it corrected itself. I was having issues with playback on my HD100.

I think my problem might have had to do with signal quality on my old HDHR which was going bad. I've had zero issues since I replaced my HDHR a few months ago.

I don't know that it is just one channel - but it was quite evident yesterday during golf on CBS which was captured via my HD-PVR. I am sure it has happened on other channels as well.
