Display issue - Line on Screen
I'm not sure exactly what it is called, but during panning motion, or fast motion in video, the screen will momentarily display a "line" - usually 1/3 to halfway down the picture, it looks like half the screen is refreshed on top, but the bottom has not caught up yet (slight lag in refresh?)
Here is my system Intel Dual Core 1.8Ghz, 2 gig ram, 160GB system drive, 1TB WD black series video drive, ATI Radeon HD2250 - fanless. Running XP SP3, SageTV 7.13; video output at 1920X1080, 60Hz (over HDMI). TV is a Sony Bravia KDL-40VE5 I have tried switching refresh rates, renderer (currently using EVR), and messed with all the settings for the video card, and nothing seems to help. Anyone come up against this issue, and how do I solve it?
