Having trouble with VC-1 files on new HD-300.

Hi, I just received my HD-300 today and I'm having some trouble with some VC-1 files I have. It seems like the picture is stuttering when there is a lot of fast movement in the movie. I have Native Output Resolution Switching enabled (1080p @24). If I disable Native Output Resolution Switching (1080p @60) It is even worse and becomes almost unwatchable. I have about 3 different files with VC-1 and they all seem to have the same problem. If anybody could help me I would appreciate it. BTW H.264 files play back flawlessly in 1080p @24 and 1080p @60 for me. Thanks.

Did you open a bug report? I think I am having the same problem, however I can't seem to narrow it down to just VC-1.. As some of my VC-1 files seem ok.. I have 1080p/24 disabled as my TV doesn't support.

I opened an issue with Sage support.

I posted about it here: http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/show...099#post450099

For me.. its almost as if the video is being played back at the wrong frame rate - its hard for me to describe the problem beyond that.

Ruger,
If you follow my thread - you can see that I solved my problem by disabled 1080p as an output format. See if that works for you - if so, you may want to open a bug.

I'm having the same problem. VC-1 files are dropping frames to stay in synch. Tried switching output formats, but it doesn't make a difference.
