Series pass not recording properly

Hello!
Pretty sure I am in the correct forum, if not please point me in the right direction. I am running SageTV with SageMC on a Win XP box and have all STV updates I believe:
Software V6.6.2.218
Java Version 1.6.0_17
SageMC STV 6.3.9a
Df_sageutils.jar 2.2
Phoeniz.jar 1.36
STV file SageMC_169.xml

I have several Series passes that are set to first runs and keep as many as possible. When I view the future airings for the upcoming fall season Sage sees the new episodes but the record icon is grayed out. I can manually hit the record button to record the episode but Sage doesn’t seem to be auto recording them.

I’ve seen a similar post and the suggestion was made to hit the RESET WATCHED to clear any flags. I’ve tried this with no success. On a whim I removed (canceled) a couple of series and re-added them but the same thing happens, the new upcoming episodes are still grayed out.

Will these grayed out episodes record? Am I missing the obvious? Thank you very much for any help and insight.

I noticed the same thing adding new shows to record this week. Record series doesn't pick up the new ones even though there are enough free tuners to pick them up. It's like it's trying to find other showings or something. If I go in and do a manual record by hitting the record button with the show highlighted, it will show it as an upcoming recording, but relying on the record series is not working correctly.
