HD300 remote and Video input control of TV

Just got the Hd300 x 2 today....it was just like christmas....a quantum leap improvement over my hd100 and mvp that I had...now i have a SD TV that the breakout cable works great for. I have configured the Tv power, Vol up/down keys but I need to be able to set the video Input of the TV to VIDEO 1 after it turns on default to "TV"...is there any way to set another button on the sagetv remote to control that one final function i need for total liberation from two remotes? aside from a universal remote that is...the sagetv remote is excellent and thus i don't want to get another...

Well, couldn't you just use internal volume for the HD300 for controlling the volume (set your tv to a "static" volume) and then just use one of the t.v. volume keys as a video out? This is just a thought.... I haven't tried it but it seems like that could work.

Otherwise, no those are the only three buttons.

A video input button would be a nice touch The tv volume buttons are atrocious.

that is a good suggestion....it works, but still not so elegant...hard to transition to TV mode and then change vol which will be too loud...oh well...seems like that will have to do...
