DVB-T tuners will not scan channels

Hi,

I recently moved from 7.0.16, which worked perfectly for me, to 7.0.20. I did a total reinstall of Windows 7 to make sure that nothing was left behind. When configuring 7.0.20 I could not scan DVB-T channels during configuration. This persisted over many configuration deletes, JRE upgrades and Sage reinstalls.

As a last resort I totally removed 7.0.20 and went back to 7.0.16, which works fine, scan and tunes all DVB-T channels as it did before.

Note that 7.0.20 detects my tuners fine and I can configure them as sources but they just don't scan, full and update scans have the same negative result. I know there were some STV changes from 7.0.16 to 7.0.20 for DVB-T tuner configuration. I'm only new to SageTV so I'm happy to look into this if someone gives me some instructions. I'm tempted to install 7.0.20 over the top of 7.0.16 to see if its just a configuration issue.
