yeah I knew about the phone issue
I am using 5.8 GHz phones and landline(wired) phones wireless g is 2.4 GHz and wireless a is 5.8 Ghz

Well, last night, I was able to watch 25 minutes of video after changing that setting on my server. I'll try to give it more of a stress test either tonight or tomorrow. But, so far, it looks considerably better.
 By the way, does anyone know what the drawbacks of using this command are?

No drawbacks, the one bug this had was fixed. (not able to delete files after playing).
