DVB-S2 CanalDigitaal Encrypted HD supported?

Hi,
I have been reading a lot about SageTV concerning the support for recording HD material from CanalDigitaal (DBD-S2). I thought the Technotrend S2-3200 (from the supported list) could be used, but in the forum I have read the nesessary CAM module isn't supported (yet). Does anyone has experience with this or anyother combination of tuner / CAM to get this working from Astra 1 and 3?

If possible I would like to use the Digital Devices Cine S2 V5.5 instead of the S2-3200 to be honest, but this card isn't on the supported tuner list. Does anyone got this working with the CAM module and SageTV?

Hi,

Soon I will test this configuration. I ordered a selfsat H30D4. It has one LNB, but that is fine. I will use the Astra 3 position only for Canal Digitaal HD content.

Search the forum for DVBViewer or DVB Enhancer that will help you I think.

Hi,
It is working at this moment. I bought several second hand FloppyDTV S2 cards as they are supported by SageTV for encrypted channels. Running with Windows 7 Pro just fine. Only had to use the legaycy 1394 driver to get it working.

Just to let you know.

This is working now?

I bought a Technotrend 3200 early last year hoping to finally get rid of my Satellite STB but there was no way to get it working with my encrypted channel and one of the SageTV guys said it wasnt supported yet.

I would like to try it again now.

So I will plug the card back into my HTPC and the CAM module to read my smart card, and then try setting it up as video source again. Do I have to do any other crazy stuff to configure this? Last time I was working on this a year ago I remember having to fuss around with all kinds of data files for transponders it was confusing as hell so not looking forward to going through that pain again!
