Empty web lookup
When I do a web lookup on CSI or Bones, it returns an empty screen (all fields empty).

David that does seem odd, but it would appear that for some reason it enountered an error. If you can send me the phoenix.log, then maybe there's an error in there somewhere.

I did see a failure on TheDefenders-LasVegasvReid-8821139-0.mpg, because it could find the episode, and a failure on, "Sanctuary US" because US was in the title tvdb won't find it. For this file, you'll need to remove US from the title.
As for Bones, I can see that it failed, but it failed because it could not find the title. I tried the same querries on my system, and it did find the correct data. I don't know why they return no results on your system. It cold be that the item is reading a "cached" result that does not have the entry. You can try deleting the cache directory under your sagetv home directory and then try again.

It was the cache. Deleting it did the trick.
