Coverart Only Works Some of the Time

i'm using the latest version of sagemc and v6 of save. i have searched the forum but couldn't find the right thread. if you can point me in the right direction i'd appreciate it.

after i add a movie to my system i like to add the metadata from imdb. when i find the metadata i choose save both the coverart and descriptions of the movie in sagemc. the descriptions always save but the coverart doesn't. i can see the correct coverart i want to save and have tried selecting save both and save coverart, but about half of the time the coverart saves...the other half of the time is just a thumbnail. what tweak do i have to make so the cover always saves?
