Anyone else have an issue deleteing shows from the imported library in the release version of 2.0? I choose delete from the menu and it doesnt do anything. I tried a few different files and it didnt work for any of them.

I'm assuming this is a bug, since I can't delete from the library either...

yea, I went ahead and sent them a message on their support form. If I have to have a bug, its not a bad one, but it would be nice to get that fixed.

Yep. I have the same problem. I just went in and manual deleted the program I wanted and then restarted SageTV and it is no longer on the list. Crappy work around for now, but it's a work around never the less. Hope this helps. :-)

same here, and I can't even delete the file from windows explorer unless sage is not running (not just asleep, it needs to be not running at all)--i get a windows explorer error, saying the file is in use if i try to delete it while sage is running or asleep.

If files are listed in the library, Sage has a lock on them. If they cannot be deleted thru the Library function (possible bug), then the only option is to quit Sage completly (this will release the file lock on the library files) and then manually delete them thru Windows explorer.

Hope this helps...

i don't know if this is a fluke or what but if you press Record on an already recorded show where that removes the red border on the recording, then that recording gets zapped. I found this out the hard way when I lost a recording of the Blues Brothers. Tried it again with another recording and lost it also but I put a copy of that file on another drive when I tried it again to make sure it wasn't just me. The zapped recording may still appear in the listing for SageTV Recordings as if it's still there but you'll get an error message if you try to play it.

If you try this, do it on recordings you no longer want or on recordings that you have backed up to another drive or another directory.
