Channel missing from lineup

I went through all of the updates for the new beta, changed my channel linups and all seemed to be well.

until i noticed just now that i have NO guide data for WFLD 32-1. It was there, but now nothing. I went to zap2its website, and i cannot find it in there listing of channels either?!?!

any idea what is going on?

so i got around it by using one of my other tuners to pull digital broadcast data from a nearby area code, and making sure the call letters WFLD were the exact same "WFLDDT"

this still doesn't explain why this channel is sudenly gone from the zap2it website, and e from my gone from my guide data!!!

any ideas??

Just disable and then re-enable that channel in channel setup and then it'll force it to redownload the guide data for it.

And the channel is listed on Zap2it, I just checked.

In order to get the best assistance, you really should let people know what lineup you're using and indicate exactly what you did to force an EPG update.

Check this FAQ (the last section) & let SageTV know the Zap2it lineup doesn't include a channel for your area.

Thanks for the response.

I am in area code 60545, and when i go to the zap 2 it website, I do not see 32-1 WFLD or WFLDDT show up in theri guide data, however the channel is absolutely available to me and I can watch it.

Narflex -- Sorry about leaving some info out. to force and epg update i used the neilms webui.

Opus - Thank you for the link. I had seen that before and tried disabling/re-enabling the channel without any luck. I will follow the FAQ as you suggested and let sage know that zap2it is missing a channel.
