Looks great for an early beta. A few suggestions:

Could you show TV series banners rather than a folder in both the Single and double views for TV Shows?
When clicking on a TV show with more than one show automatically go into browse shows (or is this customizable)
Does Phoenix use episode specific Fanart? If not I would like to see it.

A few comments:
Are menus currently customizable? If not will they be so in the future?
Going into Video Imports is really slow.

Bugs?
There seems to be an issue with Fanart backgrounds where sometimes they are not horizontally stretched to fill the screen, sometimes they are and other times the previous picture shows underneath at the left and right edges for a second or two.
Home key seems inactive in Horizontal View for TV (using keyboard).
When you stop and exit from playing a TV show it seems to not take you back to the list of shows that you were watching.
On one of my HD-200s when I set Default View to Single - start watching a show but then back out to the list of TV shows it switches to Horizontal View.

We will add this as a feature request in The List.

We get this question a lot, and right now we aren't going to do anything about it. It's a consistency thing - the Detailed Info that pops up when you select a Folder is the route through which you can do operations on the entire group of shows (delete, set watched, etc). After a while I think you will get used to navigating right instead of selecting. We are working on some other ways to address this issue, so it won't get forgotten.

We don't yet, but we will.

There are XML files you can modify currently. Look in the Phoenix/Menu's folder. There is a right way to do this and a wrong way - look for a post from stuckless in the near future on the right way We will enable editing through the UI eventually.

Yep, this is a known issue.

I haven't seen this - extender or PC? I suspect that you might have fanart that isn't 16x9. We'll log this as a bug.

In hind sight we really shouldn't have exposed the Horizontal one yet. However this issue is marked as well.

This is a known issue as well. It's actually just backing out through the menu history, but it is something on my list to fix.
