According to wikipedia, it is Julicloud is built on Ubuntu linux, so the linux miniclient would be what you'd want to try. Linux client / placeshifter support is generally terrible (lack of h/w acceleration, issues with OSD "flashing" on the video), so I wouldn't be too excited.
