Best analog tuners?

I have a pair of Hauppauge PVR-250 cards and just started using them with my DTA devices. They have been tuning analog TV for years.

I was never happy with the quality of them, but I kept them because they supported closed captions. Now that analog tuning is gone with my cable provider, I can't get CC anymore anyway.

So, what were the best PCI analog tuners out there? I don't need digital and don't care for the new PVR-2250 cards from what I've been reading. I don't care if they are old since I plan to hit eBay, but they should work with XP and Win7 if possible. Two separate PCI cards would be ideal.

What were some of the good ones?

I always liked the nVidia Dual TV tuners. Worked great and no issues. I have 2 of them.
