Diamond Category view question

Hello,
First off, I love Diamond. I like using Diamond Category view for my movies. However, I have a question about it. I click on right button while on "Videos" to get the sub menu to appear and I then click on "Diamond Categories". Everything is fine when I do that. However, if I just select the enter button while on "Videos" it doesn't go directly to the "Diamond Categories" view but it goes to the default Sage Categories view. If I do the same thing with the Diamond Wall, Flow and List Flows it works as expected. Is this how it is supposed to work or is there something wrong. I really like not having to use the sub menus to get to the view I like. I hope this makes sense.

As a side question, how do you get different pictures for the genres in this view. I see in the wiki that it has different pictures. In my view, I just have a bag of popcorn and movie tickets. Sorry if this has already been answered.

Thanks for any help,
Chuck

Yep, just noticed that myself, it'll be fixed soon.

As for the Genre pictures, the popcorn the default one that shows up for when we don't have one that matches your Genre. The ones we have availble can be found in...

What Genres do you have that aren't showing images?

Thanks for the quick reply.

My genres are actually custom ones, so I didn't expect it to work out of the box, I just wanted to know how to use my own. Can I just put pictures I want to use in that folder and name them the same as my genre? Are their file dimensions or size restrictions for this?

Thanks
Chuck

Yep, just drop them in that folder and as long as the name of the file matches the name of the genre it'll work. You'll also want to keep the aspect ratio of the pictures the same otherwise they'll show up stretched.
