I did already back in post 9. That was my question...Why would Sage think it was an update when the file itself says 308. There was nothing in the file I downloaded that says 309

It would appear that your browser didn't really "download" the new file, but rather just served up the last downloaded version (ie, the cached version).

SageTV can only know about the new version if the version changes... which is why I post an updated SageTVPluginsDev.xml file when we have a new beta.

I'm the next version I'll try to streamline the update update process so that we run into this issue. In the meantime, clear your browser cache, and download again... or use another browser to download the file.

That's good. In 310, you'll be able to do the update right from Phoenix... no more downloading xml files
