MediaTitles /Fanart struggles

Using latest BMT with Sage 7.1.5 beta - about 1/2 my recorded shows downloaded fanart.

I read about MediaTitles.xml in the wiki and placed this file in the SageTV\userdata\Phoenix\scrapers\ directory

The file contains:

Code:
<titles>
    <match>
        <regex>[\\/]TheOffice-.*</regex>
        <metadata type="tv" name="tvdb">73244</metadata>
    </match>
</titles>
The file names that Sage is creating for The Office recordings are TheOffice-

I reloaded the MediaTitles.xml via BMT, clicked Refresh Fanart - always get the Refreshing null

I then update metadata and do not preserve original metadata - still nothing.

Once I get this fixed, I planned to go on thetvdb.com to manually lookup ID's for my other missing shows - but www.thetvdb.com doesn't load - I do a traceroute and it stalls somewhere in Seattle - how can I get ID's for my missing shows?

Thanks for the help!

@rileydogmi - that looks ok, even with the .* (which is not required, but doesn't hurt).

If you are getting a "null" when you refresh the media titles, then that's probably the issue. If you can hit the refresh button, and then forward me the phoenix.log, then maybe i can see what is going on.

Is you re file called MediaTitles.xml?

It sounds like it's not being reloaded. Also restarting sagetv will reload the files as well, but you should be able to reload from the web ui.

It works now - the site was down all day for maintenance and now it works great.
