My current skin kicks of TheaterTek and Sleeps Sage at the same time. It will be the users responsibility to close the DVD player and bring Sage out of Sleep. So if that is all OK you should be set .

Simple problem to solve with either girder or an irremote.ini entry. Hit power wile the other app is open and it closes and lauches sage again. Likely the same way you are using myhtpc now.

If by supporting other applications you mean launching them then yes. Not sure what you mean by resolutions since any resolution is supported by Sage now though.

That is possible for sure. Same limitation of having to get back into Sage yourself though.

Means Once you launch the other app, Sage no longer has control, so you have to figure a way to get back to Sage. Not really too hard though, but still not quite as seamless as staying in Sage.

thats fine, what I use rite now for a front end is myHTPC and launch programs within that. I just use the power button on my remote to alt-f4 the program so I can get back to myHTPC.
