Thanks Jeff.

And congratulations. SageTV has obviously been a labor of love for you and we have been the beneficiaries. I really hope that your future at Google is bright. And I hope that we will be able to continue to share that future with you.

Disable the Stop dialogue and you won't see it.

The red marker shows the location of the highlighted thumbnail. Hit select and you jump right to it. The thumbnail interval defaults to 10s but will be adjustable. Navigation is lightning fast.

Does this feature require a newer version of Sage than 7.023? When I hit Up to access it, I only get the one thumbnail in the middle.

Awesome feature, thought. Can't wait to use it.

You probably do need 7.1.9 for this feature - I'm not sure of that but I know that everyone developing Phoenix has moved to the last release.

Yep, upgraded and now I see the thumbnails. This is a fantastic feature!

In a quick test last night, it worked most of the time, but I did see at least one recording (a Saturday Night Live) where every time I hit up to get the thumbnails, the thumbnails started at the beginning of the show, regardless of where I was in the show.

Occasionally something weird happens, but I haven't found any cases reproducible enough track it down yet.

Yeah yesterday this started happening for me too. TV shows and imported videos.

Awesome functionality, though. And even if it does start at the beginning, it only takes a second to rip through an hour of video to catch up... Really amazing.
